This workshop, lead by Kim Andersen, former CTO and CIO for Tieto, the largest SI in the Nordics, will take you on a journey to cloud. The case study will focus on how Tieto took the idea of cloud to the single largest investment initiative within the corporation. The strategy was to transform a conventional provider and user of services to a successful implementation of both internal and external clouds. One of the challenges Kim faced was to ensure that IT aligned to business, so he will also focus on the need for business value chain. The project was so successful that it is still held as a model for adopting cloud computing, and Kim is used in many quarters as a consultant and guest speaker. This workshop will help you to understand how to determine a cloud strategy, and what you must consider and encompass to build a cloud enabled enterprise.
